Odds and ends

Last week, I sorted through Madeline's old clothes and organized them for New Baby. Madeline 'helped.'

And by helped, I mean she ganked my box...




Also, today, I heard sounds of distress is Madeline's room and walked in to find this:

I don't know how she got in there, but she certainly couldn't get out on her own. lol

The Haircut

I've been thinking for awhile that I wasn't happy with Madeline's hair. So I decided to brave the rocky waters and just do it. My previous attempts to cut her hair have not gone over well, so I knew I would need some epic distractions.

Armed with Caillou and two dum dums from Halloween, I actually got her to sit still for more than two seconds. Go me.

Trick or Treating

We went to a Halloween party with some friends from church out in Coatesville.

Madeline got to go trick or treating around the neighborhood.

@ trunk or treat

We made the effort to go to the ward's Trunk or Treat this year.

We didn't stay long. Joseph says that's how we Crapos roll - we're social ninjas - get in, score, get out.

Here's a picture of Madeline at the cookie decorating station. The girls running the table made the mistake of actually putting a cookie in front of her. It went straight into the mouth.
